Why don't you ordain women as priests?
What is the position of women within the worship of your Church?
Which roles do they fulfill within a parish or a See?

Women's ordination was not accepted by the Orthodox people. Their role in the life of the Church can change and adapt to the modern society. The fact that women are worshiped as martyrs or saints equally to men but cannot participate in the same ecclesiastical council with them and jointly decide on matters regarding their parish, presents in itself an antinomy; as is, the fact that due to the 'nature of their anatomy' they are considered 'unclean' and, thus, they are not allowed entrance to the Holy Temple.
