In his book Costas Sueref proposes a peregrination through ancient Greek myths. He attempts a dialogue with some places in order to show the alternative reasonings that lead to the understanding of the elements of myths, of their course through ancient societies, of their power or of their insufficiency.

The author supports that myth, discourse and history coexist and determine each other within the context of the historical and the anthropological process. The logics that shape myths and their intimations are analogous to those that lead to history. They depict life's complication and the socializing efforts of societies.
