Katerina Matsou
She was born in Kozani. She is a journalist, a graduate of North College of Liberal Studies and of Delta Private Institute for Vocational Training. She works as press officer in the prefectural committee of a large political party in Kozani and cooperates with many local newspapers and magazines.
She has cooperated with the local TV channel TOP CHANNEL as editor and TV presenter of the show “Of Art, Discourse and Books”.
She has cooperated with the National Hellenic Research Foundation/Institute for Modern Greek Studies in the program: “Encyclopedia of Hellenic Press—Kozani’s Press”.
She has been honored by the Arts and Letters Association of Kozani with the Diploma of Honor and received a Medal for her contribution to the promotion of Kozani’s museums.
In 2008 she won the 3rd Award in the 27th Pan-Hellenic Literary Competition organized by the Pan-Hellenic Association of Litterateurs for her novel In a city without history.
She is member of the Macedonian-Thrace Journalists’ Association of Periodic and e-Press, and of the Pan-Hellenic Association for the Cooperation of New Litterateurs.
