Costas Sueref

Costas Sueref was born in Corfu in 1952. He holds a PhD in History and Archeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is director of the 29th Ephorate of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities. He has taught in the University of Ioannina, in the Open University, in the University of Western Macedonia and in Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa.

His research interests involve issues regarding historical topography, the archeology of the northern Greek region, as well as mythology and art.
